I work with founders, product leaders and teams building something new where money, data and AI meet. I've spent twenty years in payments technology and now run an AI-native climate-tech company, so I can help you move faster without painting yourself into a corner.

Ways to work together

Advisory call

A focused 60–90 minute session on a specific question: a payments architecture, an AI feature plan, a sustainability-data approach, a product process, or a technical due diligence. You get a written summary afterwards.

Fractional product / technology lead

A day or two a week, embedded with your team. Typically: shaping the roadmap, setting up product development and delivery practices, and being an experienced voice in front of investors, partners and customers.

Project engagements

A defined piece of work with a clear outcome, for example a payments testing strategy, taking an AI prototype into a real workflow, or standing up an emissions-data pipeline.

• Fintech & payments: card authorisation and processing, scheme certification, payments QA and test automation, consumer lending, and 24/7 platforms for financial institutions.
• AI: document extraction, agentic workflows, evaluation, guardrails, provenance and data access.
• Sustainability: GHG Protocol accounting, Scope 3 data collection, emissions factors, and reporting under CSRD, VSME, SECR and ESOS.
• Startups: founding and scaling a product company, from idea to paying customers.
